About Ceowire
CEO stories, startup news, independent tech journalism.
Guillaume Duhan and Jessica Thornton met in Miami's financial industry in 2025. They shared the same frustration: the tech leaders they admired were either invisible or reduced to press releases. So they started Ceowire — an independent newsroom built to tell the real stories behind the people running tech.
Our flagship format is the CEO Portrait: long-form profiles of the founders, operators, and executives shaping the industry. From Jack Dorsey's mass layoffs at Block to Sam Parr's journey from a hot dog stand to a media empire, we go beyond the headline to examine the decisions, the incentives, and the human story behind every leader.
Today, Ceowire publishes daily reporting on artificial intelligence, startups, venture capital, crypto markets, and the tech job market. Fast, accurate, and free from corporate influence — no press releases disguised as journalism.
